DEL-I25

DEL-I25 is an activator of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) containing the loss-of-function mutation R152H (GPX4R152H). It selectively binds to GPX4R152H over wild-type GPX4 (Kds = 2 and 110 µM, respectively). DEL-I25 increases the viability of fibroblasts expressing GPX4R152H isolated from patients with spondylometaphyseal dysplasia (SSMD, EC50 = 2 µM).
