An inhibitor of ULK1/2, decreases ATG13 phosphorylation in K-RasG12C-expressing NCI H2122, Calu-1, and NCI H358 cells at 2 µM, reduces basal autophagy and sotorasib-induced autophagy in NCI H2122, Calu-1, and NCI H358 cells, inhibits the proliferation of Calu-1 and NCI H358 cells at 2 µM, with a synergistic effect with sotorasib in NCI H2122 and Calu-1 cells, cooperatively increases sotorasib-induced reductions in tumor volume in NCI H2122 and Calu-1 mouse xenograft models.
