Cdk12-IN-2 is an inhibitor of Cdk12 and Cdk13 (IC50s = 0.052 and 0.01 µM, respectively). It is selective for Cdk12 over Cdk2, -7, -8, and -9 (IC50s = >100, >10, >10, and 16 µM, respectively). Cdk12-IN-2 inhibits RNA polymerase II phosphorylation in SK-BR-3 cells (IC50 = 0.195 µM).
