BMN 673 is an orally available poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.57 nM. It similarly binds to PARP1 and PARP2 with Ki values of 1.2 and 0.85 nM, respectively, but has no effect on PARG.
