EGFR (T790M, C797S, L858R) Lentivirus

EGFR (T790M, C797S, L858R) Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce most mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses result in the expression of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) (NM_005228.5) containing the T790M, C797S, and L858R mutations, driven by an EF1a promoter.
