Background: Ham 's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is designed by Ham in 1963 for serum-free culture of CHO cells. Ham 's F-10 is rich in nutrients and is suitable for the culture of human diploid cells, clonal culture of cells under low serum conditions, normal culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of white blood cells, and primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals.
