Epidermal Cell Serum Free Media (BRFF EPM2)

BRFF-EPM2(TM) is a complete serum-free medium designed to grow human epidermal-like cells. This SFM formulation was originally optimized for human esophageal epithelial cells. Explant cultures of human skin in BRFF-EPM2 yields outgrowths of epithelial cells. This medium is also useful for culturing a number of human cancer cell lines.
