Endothelial Cell Serum-Free, Growth Factor-Free Medium

PrimaPure(TM) Microvascular Endothelial Cell (MVEC) Serum-Free, Growth Factor-Free Medium was designed to induce tubule formation of MVEC on Attachment Factor coated tissue culture ware in 50%-60% confluent culture. MVEC will form cord from monolayer in 24 to 48 hours when cultured in this medium. The differentiated cells will resume their cobblestone morphology when shifted back to MVEC Growth Medium. This cord formation medium is sterile filtered and supplemented with defined components, and is ready for use.
