Endothelial Cell Serum-Free Defined Medium

PrimaPure(TM) Endothelial Cell Serum-Free, Defined Medium was designed to maintain the monolayer of endothelial cells in 100% confluent culture for up to 24 hours only. This medium does not contain VEGF, bFGF or PDGF. It is supplemented with defined components that allow metabolic studies and growth factor studies without the interference of extraneous factors. After 24 hours, cells must be processed for the specific application needed (e.g. ELISA, immunostaining, etc.) and can no longer be maintained in culture for longer periods of time.
