Endothelial Cell Basal Medium

Endothelial Cell Basal Medium is a modified version of MCDB 131. This basal medium is composed of essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, organic compounds, and trace minerals. Endothelial Cell Basal Medium contains no growth factors, hormones, any proteins or antibodies. This basal medium is sterile filtered and bicarbonate buffered. It is designed to promote endothelial cell growth in culture when this basal medium is supplemented with Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement.
