Restriction Enzyme Buffer for TaqI, 10X

Reaction Enzyme Buffer for T1017: TaqI, Form: Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 5mM MgCl2, 100mM NaCl and 0.1mg/ml BSA. Concentration: Supplied as a 10X concentrated stock. Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at 4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at 4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
