Restriction Enzyme Buffer for BseXI, 10X

50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5 at 37°C), 2mM MgCl2, 100mM NaCl, 0.1mg/ml BSA , Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock. , Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
