50×ROX Reference Dye

ROX Reference Dye is generally used on ABI, Stratagene and other companies' Real Time PCR amplification machines to adjust the difference between PCR tubes and tubes caused by PCR sample loading errors. This product is suitable for Applied Biosystems 5700, 7000, 7300, 7700, 7900, 7900HT, 7900HT Fast, Applied Biosystems StepOne(TM), StepOnePlus(TM) and other fluorescent quantitative PCR instruments using high concentration ROX. ROX Reference Dye is dissolved in a buffer system of 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, and 0.01% Tween-20.
