Active, full-length, human XRN1 enzyme, expressed and purified from Baculovirus-infected insect cells. The enzyme has been thoroughly validated with the Transcreener AMP2/GMP2 Assay. The kinetic of hydrolysis is faster for G4 RNA tetraplex than for G4 DNA tetraplex and monomeric RNA tetraplex. Binds to RNA and DNA (By similarity).
