Mouse L-selectin, recombinant (C-Fc-6His)

Recombinant Mouse L-selectin is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Trp39-Asn332 is expressed with a Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Calcium-dependent lectin that mediates cell adhesion by binding to glycoproteins on neighboring cells. Mediates the adherence of lymphocytes to endothelial cells of high endothelial venules in peripheral lymph nodes (PubMed:1693096). Promotes initial tethering and rolling of leukocytes in endothelia.
