Recombinant Mouse Interleukin-12 Receptor Subunit Beta-2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asn24-Asn637 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Receptor for interleukin-12. This subunit is the signaling component coupling to the JAK2/STAT4 pathway. Promotes the proliferation of T-cells as well as NK cells.
