Mouse CES3, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Mouse Carboxylesterase 3 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Tyr19-Glu561 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Major lipase in white adipose tissue. Involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and of natural substrates. Hydrolyzes triacylglycerols and monoacylglycerols, with a preference for monoacylglycerols. The susceptibility of the substrate increases with decreasing acyl chain length of the fatty acid moiety.
