Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1a (MIP-1a)

Protein Length: Ala27-Ala92. Protein Tag: N terminal containing a HIS tag. MIP-1alpha is a member of the CC chemokine family of proteins, which have been shown to be produced by numerous cell types including activated T cells, B cells, monocytes, mast cells and endothelial cells. MIP-1alpha acts as a monocyte chemoattractant and has been shown to act as a stem cell inhibitory factor. RANDOX recombinant MIP-1alpha comprises a 66 amino acid fragment (27-92) mature MIP-1alpha protein and is expressed in E. coli with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
