Human tPA, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Human Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ser36-Pro562 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Converts the abundant, but inactive, zymogen plasminogen to plasmin by hydrolyzing a single Arg-Val bond in plasminogen. By controlling plasmin-mediated proteolysis, it plays an important role in tissue remodeling and degradation, in cell migration and many other physiopathological events.
