Recombinant Human Signal-regulatory Protein Beta-1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu30-Glu362 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor involved in the negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. Participates also in the recruitment of tyrosine kinase SYK. Triggers activation of myeloid cells when associated with TYROBP (PubMed:10604985). [The UniProt Consortium]
