Human Serpin A4, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Human Serine Protease Inhibitor-clade A4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln21-Pro427 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Inhibits human amidolytic and kininogenase activities of tissue kallikrein. Inhibition is achieved by formation of an equimolar, heat- and SDS-stable complex between the inhibitor and the enzyme, and generation of a small C-terminal fragment of the inhibitor due to cleavage at the reactive site by tissue kallikrein.
