Recombinant Human P-selectin Glycoprotein Ligand 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln42-Gly295 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: A SLe(x)-type proteoglycan, which through high affinity, calcium-dependent interactions with E-, P- and L-selectins, mediates rapid rolling of leukocytes over vascular surfaces during the initial steps in inflammation.
