Recombinant Human Phosphomannomutase 1 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala262 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Involved in the synthesis of the GDP-mannose and dolichol- phosphate-mannose required for a number of critical mannosyl transfer reactions.
