Human NaPi2b, recombinant (VLP)

Recombinant Human Sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2B is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Leu689 is expressed with a 6His, Flag tag at the C-terminus.VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. Protein function: May be involved in actively transporting phosphate into cells via Na(+) cotransport. It may be the main phosphate transport protein in the intestinal brush border membrane.
