Human GMPR, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Human GMP Reductase 1 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ser345 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Catalyzes the irreversible NADPH-dependent deamination of GMP to IMP. It functions in the conversion of nucleobase, nucleoside and nucleotide derivatives of G to A nucleotides, and in maintaining the intracellular balance of A and G nucleotides. [The UniProt Consortium]
