Recombinant Human Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte Protein 4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Lys36-Asp161 is expressed with a mouse IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Inhibitory receptor acting as a major negative regulator of T-cell responses.
