Human CFD, recombinant (C-10His)

Recombinant Human Complement Factor D is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ile26-Ala253 is expressed with a 10His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Factor D cleaves factor B when the latter is complexed with factor C3b, activating the C3bbb complex, which then becomes the C3 convertase of the alternate pathway.
