Human CDH17, recombinant (C-6His)

Recombinant Human Cadherin-17 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln23-Met787 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells, cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types.
