Human CD99, recombinant (C-Fc)

Recombinant Human CD99 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asp23-Asp122 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Involved in T-cell adhesion processes and in spontaneous rosette formation with erythrocytes. Plays a role in a late step of leukocyte extravasation helping leukocytes to overcome the endothelial basement membrane. Acts at the same site as, but independently of, PECAM1.
