Human CALCRL&RAMP1 Heterodimer Protein, recombinant (VLP)

Recombinant Human CALCRL&RAMP1 Heterodimer is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu23-Ser420&Cys27-Val148 is expressed with a Flag and 6His tag at C-terminus respectively. VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes. Protein function: Receptor for calcitonin-gene-related peptide (CGRP) together with RAMP1 and receptor for adrenomedullin together with RAMP3. Receptor for adrenomedullin together with RAMP2 (PubMed:22102369, PubMed:30115739).
