Recombinant Human Activation B7-1 Antigen is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Val35-Asn242 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Involved in the costimulatory signal essential for T- lymphocyte activation.
