Hepatitis C Virus NS3/NS4, Recombinant (HCV)

The protein is derived from HCV-1a and made in yeast cells as a fusion with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers Asp 1569 to Pro 1931 of the HCV polyprotein. It is equivalent to the C-100 antigen. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
