Hepatitis C Virus NS3, Recombinant (HCV)

The material is derived from HCV-1a and produced in E. coli as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers Ala1192 to Cys1457 of the HCV polyprotein. It is equivalent to the c33c antigen, Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
