Recombinant Cynomolgus Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte Associated Protein 4 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala37-Ser160 is expressed with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. Protein function: Inhibitory receptor acting as a major negative regulator of T-cell responses.
