JWH 073 is a synthetic cannabinoid (CB) that activates both the CB1 and the CB2 receptor (Ki = 8.9 and 38 nM, respectively). This cannabimimetic compound has been identified in herbal blends. JWH 073 2'-naphthyl-N-(1-methylpropyl) isomer differs structurally from JWH 073 by having the naphthyl group attached at the 2' position and a 1-methylpropyl group in place of a butyl chain.
