Methyl arachidonyl fluorophosphonate (MAFP) is an inhibitor of monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) and fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH, IC50s = 26 and 0.33 nM, respectively). It is also an irreversible inhibitor of cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2), as well as calcium-independent PLA2 (iPLA2, IC50 = 500 nM).
