Lipid OEs-K

Lipid OEs-K is a cyclen-based ionizable cationic lipidoid that has been used in the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA in vivo.1 LNPs containing lipid OEs-K accumulate in the lymph nodes of mice. LNPs containing lipid OEs-K and encapsulating ovalbumin (OVA) mRNA increase the uptake of dendritic cells by the lymph nodes and inhibit tumor growth in a murine E.G7-OVA model of lymphoma..
