LC10

LC10 is a lipidoid derivative of the secondary bile acid lithocholic acid (Cay-20253) that contains two 10-carbon alkyl chains. It has been used in the generation of self-assembling skin-permeable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). LC10 LNPs inhibit the proliferation of normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEKs) when used at a concentration of 100 nM and reduce the levels of TNF-alpha, IL-17, and IL-23 in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) at 50, 100, and 200 nM.
