DSPE-PEG(2000)-tetrazine

A PEGylated and clickable form of DSPE, has been used in the generation of LNPs for the delivery of small molecules in vitro and in vivo, LNPs containing DSPE-PEG(2000)-tetrazine and encapsulating SN-38 decrease the viability of HER2-overexpressing NIH3T6.7 cells pre-incubated with trans-cyclooctene-conjugated trastuzumab.
