AR-9281

AR-9281 is an inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH, IC50 = 7 nM for the human enzyme). It reduces LPS-induced increases in plasma levels of dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids (DiHETs), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2, Cay-14010), and PGD2 (Cay-12010) in rats when administered at a dose of 3 mg/kg.
