SF11 is an antagonist of the neuropeptide Y (NPY) receptor Y2 (IC50 = 0.199 µM). It is selective for Y2 over Y1 receptors (IC50 = >33 µM), as well as a panel of 40 additional receptors, ion channels, and transporters at 10 µM.
