PLD1 Inhibitor

An inhibitor of PLD1, inhibits PLD activity in PLD1-overexpressing A549 cells (IC50 = 1.97 µM), reduces the viability of A549 and HCT116 cell (IC50s = 18 and 29 µM, respectively), inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of A549 cells and induces apoptosis in the same cells, reduces tumor growth, induces intratumoral apoptosis, and decreases Ras, CD47, CD24, and PD-L1 levels in a murine Lewis lung carcinoma model at 10 mg/kg every other day.
