Monohydroxy Melphalan (hydrochloride)

Monohydroxy melphalan is a DNA alkylating agent and a degradation product of melphalan (Cay-16665). Monohydroxy melphalan is formed by the hydrolysis of melphalan in aqueous solutions, including cell culture medium and human plasma.
