IAA-94

IAA-94 is an indanyloxyacetic acid (IAA) inhibitor of chloride channels that binds channels in bovine kidney cortex microsomes with a Ki value of 1 µM. At 10 µM, it also reversibly inhibits chloride intracellular channel proteins, which have both soluble and membrane-bound activities.
