Geptanolimab

Description: Geptanolimab (CBT-501) is a humanized IgG4kappa monoclonal antibody directed against PD-1 (Programmed Death-1). Geptanolimab functions by competitively blocking the binding of PD-L1 and PD-L2 to PD-1, thereby reactivating T cell activity.
