EOAI3402143 is an inhibitor of ubiquitin-specific protease 9X (USP9X), USP24, and USP5. It inhibits the catalytic domain of USP9X (IC50 = 1. µM). EOAI3402143 (5 µM) inhibits USP9X, USP24, and USP5 in MM.1S multiple myeloma cells. It inhibits the growth of vemurafenib-sensitive and -resistant A375 melanoma cells (IC50s = 1 µM).
