dTRIM24

dTRIM24 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) containing the ubiquitin ligase TRIM24 ligand IACS-7e conjugated to the von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) ligand VL-269 via a PEG linker. It induces degradation of TRIM24 in HEK293-FT cells at 0.25-5 µM with maximum degradation at 5 µM. dTRIM24 (5 µM) reduces growth and induces apoptosis in MOLM-13 leukemia cells..
