Description: AM404 is a chemical compound that functions as an inhibitor of endocannabinoid reuptake. It effectively blocks the transport of anandamide, with IC50 values measured in the low micromolar range. Moreover, AM404 exhibits the ability to induce relaxation in rat isolated hepatic arteries contracted with Phenylephrine. This relaxation effect is quantified by a pEC50 value of 7.4 (corresponding to an EC50 of 0.04 µM). Additionally, AM404 possesses a neuroprotective effect. Target: Others.
