Vgamma9Vdelta2 TCR Lentivirus

Vgamma9Vdelta2 TCR Lentivirus are replication incompetent, HIV-based, VSV-G-pseudotyped lentiviral particles ready to transduce nearly all types of mammalian cells, including primary and non-dividing cells. These viruses transduce a TCR (T Cell Receptor) which belongs to the Vgamma9Vdelta2 subtype of gammadelta TCRs. The TCR gamma chain and delta chain are linked by P2A. The lentiviruses also transduce a puromycin selection marker.
