Human Dermal Fibroblast-fetal-mitomycin C treated cDNA

Human Dermal Fibroblast-fetal-mitomycin C treated PCR-ready first strand cDNA (HDF-f-mt cDNA) is prepared from RNA extracted from Human Dermal Fibroblasts-fetal-mitomycin C treated by a Qiagen RNeasy kit. 2 µg total RNA is then reverse-transcribed using an Applied Biosystems' High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription kit. 1 µl cDNA is sufficient for one PCR reaction. cDNA from ScienCell Research Laboratories is convenient and cost effective for researchers as it eliminates the need to acquire expensive tissues.
